  Our child attended Victoria Private Nursery for a year. Unfortunately, during the time there, they sustained a lot of injuries due to accidents occurring whilst in the Nurserys staff care. A lot of these injuries involved blood and were to the face and head. When we expressed concerns about these accidents, we were confronted with a lack of sympathy and lack of remorse from management. We also felt there was a lack of transparency in the explanations of the accidents given to us. Our concerns were quickly undervalued and dismissed. Since our child stopped attending Victoria Private Nursery, there have been no accidents and they have been healthy and happy, which made us question whether the Nursery had in place proper safeguards and supervision to prevent the high number of accidents. Therefore, we would not recommend this nursery.

The nursery has been open since August 1995 and caters for children from birth to 5 years.

We are located in a large victorian property just a short distance from Penarth town centre and a two minute walk from the train station.

We cater for all your child’s needs within our happy and safe ‘home from home’ environment where the children are looked after in small groups.
